This position requires managing inbound, picking, packing, and outbound processes while strictly following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inbound, picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment workflows
- Track real-time store metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize labor, and ensure fast order turnaround
- Conduct routine pod audits for cleanliness, food safety, and overall hygiene
- Guide, coach, and motivate store executives during shifts and demand surges
- Analyze volume trends to adjust shift allocations and train staff on safety protocols
- Source, interview, and onboard store associates and support staff
- Conduct performance assessments and structured coaching to address underperformance
- Design and manage shift rosters to balance peak-hour coverage and labor costs
- Enforce zero-tolerance compliance with central standard operating procedures
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to eliminate operational waste and streamline workflows
- Monitor live dashboards and historical data to make real-time decisions
- Drive On-Time In-Full delivery metrics while maintaining zero damaged or missing items
