Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role on the FP&A team, which supplies data-based insight to guide strategic, financial and operating choices across Druva. The Senior Manager of GTM Finance reports to the Senior Director of GTM Finance and works across sales, renewals, product, channel and marketing to align growth plans with company financial targets.
A central responsibility is running the full planning cycle for the sales organization, including ARR and revenue, and owning the GTM planning model. The manager builds analyses of pipeline conversion, consumption and upsell, and designs a scalable planning structure that uses systems and automation so leaders can decide faster. The role also builds channel and product financial models, including partner margin models, and studies how top-of-funnel marketing converts into sales.
The position works with Corporate FP&A on board presentations, monthly and quarterly readouts and strategic narratives covering what moves results, where the risks lie and the trade-offs involved. It also identifies expansion and efficiency opportunities and leads cross-functional workstreams to pursue them. The role is highly visible, with regular interaction with the company's senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate has seven or more years of finance experience, including at least three years supporting go-to-market teams in a SaaS company. A finance, accounting, economics or related undergraduate degree is required, and an MBA or CFA is strongly preferred. Fluency with SaaS measures such as annual recurring revenue, churn, CAC, NRR and quota attainment is important, as is comfort with Adaptive, Salesforce, Clari and analytics platforms.
