Twilio is seeking a Senior Financial Manager of Partnerships to act as a primary financial advisor to the Vice President of Global Partnerships. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary financial and strategic advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships and leadership team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces
- Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives tailored to the business
- Build analytical frameworks to measure the return on Market Development Funds, rebates, and enablement investments
- Deliver synthesized quarterly board-level narratives regarding partner-attributed versus partner-sourced trends
- Lead global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling
- Monitor critical partner metrics including margin-adjusted customer acquisition costs and payback periods
- Review, model, and approve bespoke commercial structures and non-standard partner contracts alongside Sales and Legal
- Develop financial models for new market expansion and international region evaluations
- Manage global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for partnership programs and incentives
- Collaborate with data engineering and RevOps to build automated, scalable reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- Over 8 years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
- Strong financial modeling abilities encompassing forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
- Exceptional business acumen with the capacity to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights
- Ability to problem-solve and work comfortably amidst ambiguity across various teams
- Capability to operate independently and think strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience using Oracle, Anaplan, Looker, and Tableau

For New York, New Jersey, Washington State, and California outside the SF Bay area, the range is $149,840 to $187,300. For the San Francisco Bay area, it is $166,400 to $208,000.
