Careem is recruiting a Senior Integration Manager for ERP digital transformation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud integration and Fusion Applications. The job is full-time and on site in Karachi. It is hands-on: the post holder builds, configures and troubleshoots integrations, PL/SQL and cloud settings personally rather than simply overseeing others. The scope spans finance, people operations, procurement and customer-facing platforms.
Core work involves designing, deploying and supporting secure links between Oracle Fusion Cloud and outside consumer, collaboration, identity and banking systems through Oracle Integration Cloud and REST and SOAP interfaces. It also covers running Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services such as Vault, Functions and API gateways, and enforcing token and certificate-based authentication, including for host-to-host payment connections.
Further responsibilities include identity and access management, such as Okta and single sign-on work and handling user provisioning during platform upgrades. The manager leads large data migrations with Oracle HCM loaders and file-based import tools, produces reports and dashboards in OTBI, OAC and BI Publisher, and builds cloud extensions on APEX, VBCS, ADF and PCS. Incident response for production, change control, user acceptance testing and escalation to Oracle Support also fall within the role.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC and OCI, practical work using REST and SOAP adapters, and exposure to identity platforms and payment or banking integrations. Working knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and HCM modules and of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes is required. A university degree in computing, software engineering or a close technical field is expected, and Oracle Cloud credentials carry real weight.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain secure links that connect Oracle Fusion Cloud with outside systems
- Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, including Vault, Functions and API gateways
- Set up token and certificate authentication for system-to-system links
- Manage identity and access, including Okta, single sign-on and provisioning
- Lead large-scale data migration and loading, and build BI reports and dashboards
- Develop cloud extensions on APEX, VBCS, ADF and PCS, and write PL/SQL
- Handle production incidents, change control and UAT, and work with Oracle Support
Requirements
- Hands-on work with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC and OCI
- Practical experience with REST and SOAP adapters, and JWT or certificate-based authentication
- Exposure to identity platforms such as Okta and Google SSO
- Exposure to payment platform and host-to-host banking integrations
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and HCM modules
- Understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
- University degree in computing, software engineering or a closely related field
