Job Description

onXmaps, a distributed outdoor technology firm that employs over 400 people, is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Partnerships. The role owns the lifecycle experience for users who arrive through partners rather than discovering the product alone. Automotive partners Ford and Toyota are the current focus, with plans to add partner categories over time.

Users who arrive through partners bring their own context, goals, trial history and expectations, so the manager develops the strategy and roadmap for activation, onboarding, engagement and conversion. Segmentation and personalization should reflect each partner, entitlement level, behavior pattern and intent, and journeys run spanning email, push and in-app channels in Braze.

The manager runs experiments, analyzes customer behavior with tools such as Amplitude and Eppo, and chooses which tests to run and which wins to scale. Work spans Partnerships, vertical marketing, Growth Product, creative, analytics and legal, and proven programs become playbooks that speed up new partner launches. The role reports to the Director of Growth Lifecycle Marketing, and the posting expects AI use across the lifecycle workflow.

Successful candidates bring seven-plus years in lifecycle, CRM or growth work, preferably at consumer subscription or mobile app companies. Strong analytical fluency, a rigorous experimentation mindset and proficiency with Braze or a similar platform are required, along with a proven record of working across complex teams. Candidates need permanent US work rights, and trips may come as often as once a quarter, each lasting several days.

The posted pay range is $115,000 to $145,000, with a 10 percent annual bonus based on company performance and eligibility for option grants.
