Job Description
Webflow, which describes its product as an agentic platform for marketing teams, is recruiting a Senior Manager to found and lead a customer success group for Source. Source lets marketing staff and AI agents co-run digital experiences from launch through optimization. It remains in limited research preview, and this group will look after customers once the product reaches general availability.
The job is full-time and remote across the U.S., reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success. At the outset it is a player-coach role handling several flagship Source accounts that involve renewals and growth. As customers multiply, the manager recruits and mentors additional staff and shapes operating routines, including playbooks, health indicators and AI-assisted tooling. Day-to-day work includes acting as executive sponsor, managing renewals and forecasts, collaborating with Sales on upsell deals, leading discovery sessions and pilots, and working alongside field engineers and solution designers so pilots reach live use.
Applicants should show eight-plus years spent in client success roles, account management or consulting at B2B software businesses, including enterprise and executive relationships. Two-plus years running a customer success, account or growth team is also needed. Proof of raising retention, expansion and net revenue retention is expected. Influence with senior leaders, both external and internal, matters. Technical fluency is needed to talk credibly with developers about code, pipelines, integrations and security, though writing production code is optional. Experience with applied AI, such as building or evaluating AI workflows or agents, or with digital transformation programs, is also expected.
Base pay is set by zone: Zone A from $204,000 to $255,000, Zone B from $190,000 to $238,000, and Zone C from $177,500 to $222,000. Benefits include equity for permanent staff, medical, dental and vision insurance mostly covered by the company, twelve weeks of paid parental leave, flexible vacation with a sabbatical option, mental health resources, a 401(k) with a 100% match up to $6,000 in the U.S., and monthly stipends.
