Job Description
Webflow sells a visual, agentic platform that marketing departments use to build and run websites. This is a permanent, full-time Corporate Account Executive job covering the eastern United States and Ontario, Canada. Work is remote-first, though candidates must be located in Central or Eastern time, and new hires attend an onboarding session in San Francisco in person.
The role targets companies of about 300 to 2,500 employees, prioritizing deals above $75,000 in annual contract value. The executive generates most pipeline through outreach, selects accounts with strong potential, runs each opportunity from first conversation to signature, and works with Solutions Engineers, SDRs, and colleagues across education, design, engineering, product and marketing. Expect up to a quarter of time on the road for onboarding, conferences and internal offsites.
Candidates should bring at least three years of experience closing sophisticated software deals with several buyer-side stakeholders, plus a history of landing contracts of $50,000 or more a year. Skill at structured, consultative discovery across business, technology and organizational questions is central. The posting also values an interest in no-code tools and web design or development, plus an appetite for testing and refining one's own sales method.
The U.S. on-target earnings range, which combines base pay and commission target, is $195,000 to $230,000, and the Canadian range is CAD 225,500 to 265,000. Perks include equity for permanent staff, medical, dental and vision coverage with most premiums paid, twelve weeks of paid parental leave available to every parent, a 401(k) matched 100% up to $6,000 a year in the United States, and monthly work and wellness stipends.
