Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of eight to ten data scientists and machine learning engineers

- Guide teams in tackling complex problems involving generative artificial intelligence, personalization, logistics, and supply chain forecasting

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or Economics
- Bring over ten years of hands-on background in Data Science, Applied Science, or machine learning roles
- Have at least two years of formal experience leading and mentoring data scientists
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python and data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib
- Possess deep hands-on experience using modern machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Show strong SQL expertise and familiarity with large-scale data processing tools like Spark, Hive, or Presto
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of classical machine learning, deep learning, and exposure to generative AI solutions
- Exhibit a proven track record of converting vague business questions into well-defined machine learning problems
Qualifications
- Experience with real-time, low-latency model deployment and MLOps principles and tools such as Kubeflow or MLflow
- Strong background working with geospatial data and libraries like GeoPandas, H3, or S2
