Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and oversee an APAC Solutions Architecture team covering training and career development
- Guarantee technical excellence spanning pre-sales and post-sales cycles
- Deliver hands-on assistance for key accounts including architecture reviews, presentations, and migration strategies
- Oversee and coach team engagement on strategic deals and accounts
- Collaborate with the engineering organization to channel field product feedback
- Create repeatable strategies based on observations from the team
- Monitor and report solutions architecture performance quarterly to Sales and Field Engineering leadership
- Take charge of regional recruiting, staffing, budgeting, and organizational planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of working background in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Technical Pre-sales, or Sales Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Deep background in web technologies including React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
- Demonstrated capability to coach, lead, and scale technical teams within high-growth environments
- Successful track record partnering with commercial and enterprise customers across various industries
- Thorough understanding of modern software development workflows such as DevOps, CI/CD, and frontend frameworks
- Experience working alongside Engineering, Product, and Sales divisions to drive customer success
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or comparable frontend frameworks
- Prior leadership experience managing solutions architecture teams at high-growth cloud infrastructure or SaaS companies
- Expertise in edge computing, performance optimization, or developer tooling
- Ability to present comfortably at large-scale customer events, webinars, or conferences
