Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks for local analysts, guiding compensation workflows, establishing quality controls, and partnering with functional program owners rather than establishing corporate strategy.

Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and support the daily responsibilities of the local Benefits Analyst and Senior Total Rewards Operations Analyst
- Prioritize global benefits support and compensation operations work across recurring cycles, audits, and projects
- Oversee market-data workflows, compensation-cycle preparation, system transactions, and equity grant data checks
- Build quality controls, escalation paths, and record practices to protect sensitive employee information
- Monitor service deadlines, risks, and dependencies while driving practical process enhancements
- Collaborate with global program owners and people technology teams to test system updates and streamline workflows
Requirements
- Experience in Total Rewards, benefits, compensation operations, or a closely related People function within a global organization
- Demonstrated capability in people management, priority setting, and coaching
- Track record of delivering accurate results across multiple deadlines and time zones using internal controls and root-cause analysis
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound judgment regarding confidential data and sensitive matters
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, human resources systems, and collaboration tools
- Fluency in artificial intelligence tools and their responsible application
Qualifications
- Experience supporting a distributed or multi-country workforce
- Familiarity working with benefits vendors, brokers, salary surveys, equity grant operations, or compensation review cycles
