Responsibilities
- Supervise or carry out testing in line with prescribed methods
- Perform field and laboratory work, including sampling and calculations
- Report deviations, irregularities and nonconformances
- Clean up the site or workshop after each task
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4, or equivalent through recognition of prior learning
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Competent in laboratory tests such as SANS and THM 1 methods
- Physically able to lift and move samples
Qualifications
- Sampling and preparation experience is advantageous
- Administration experience is advantageous
- Fieldwork experience such as density tests, concrete cubes, DCP and asphalt sampling
