Early work involves mapping current compute, storage, networking and application links, then shaping a scalable, fault-tolerant Nutanix platform built on AOS and AHV. - Deep practical background building Nutanix hyperconverged systems
- Command of AOS and AHV plus the Prism management suite
- Record of guiding large virtualization or infrastructure migration programs
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and moving workloads onto AHV
- Skill in designing resilient backup, disaster recovery and continuity systems
- Solid grasp of capacity planning and performance tuning
- Ability to lead engineers while still troubleshooting hands-on
- Polished communication with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- NCX, NCAP or a comparable advanced Nutanix credential
- Prior leadership of VMware-to-AHV migration initiatives
- Use of Nutanix Files, Objects, Flow or automation tooling
- Work across multi-cluster, multi-site or spread-out infrastructure
- Scripting with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or Python
