Operating globally within the technology sector, the firm is known for pioneering distributed collaboration across more than seventy-five countries. In this position, the practitioner will join the Talent Development team to elevate management excellence, coach leaders directly, and define coaching standards across the enterprise.

This role suits experienced professionals with deep coaching and consulting expertise who can establish immediate credibility among directors without relying on formal authority. The individual will work both centrally and embedded within specific business units to diagnose leadership challenges, conduct performance conversations, translate 360 feedback into actionable commitments, and supervise field practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Coach individual leaders to reach high standards of management excellence and handle difficult conversations
  • Convert 360-degree feedback into actionable and followed-through commitments
  • Diagnose organizational leadership and execute tailored plans to improve overall team performance
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of new operational workflows within a distributed workforce
  • Supervise and develop field practitioners to enhance their professional craft
  • Establish organizational development benchmarks and refine management standards based on field findings

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on practice in executive coaching and organizational development with real leaders and teams
  • Demonstrated history of measurably altering leadership behaviors
  • Capability to earn immediate credibility when interacting with directors
  • Experience operating effectively inside organizations without formal authority
  • Clear philosophy regarding the boundaries of development coaching versus role-fit decisions
  • Exceptional academic history spanning high school and university levels
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Personal motivation aligned with the company mission
  • Availability to travel up to four times yearly for internal events
