In this senior role, the practitioner will set the internal standard for organisational development and coaching. Responsibilities include mentoring leaders to achieve management excellence, driving diagnostic assessments and improvement plans for specific groups, and supervising other development professionals. Responsibilities

- Convert 360 feedback into actionable commitments
- Diagnose leadership within specific organisations and execute improvement plans
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of new operational methods for a distributed workforce
- Supervise and develop field practitioners to enhance their craft
- Establish organisational development and coaching benchmarks for the company
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on coaching and organisational development experience with leaders and teams
- Demonstrated ability to measurably change leadership behavior
- Capability to gain immediate credibility among directors
- Experience operating effectively inside external organisations without formal authority
- Clear philosophy on development and role alignment
- Exceptional academic record spanning high school and university
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel up to four times annually for internal events
Qualifications
- Background in management consulting
- Experience coaching across distributed, fast-paced technical organisations
- Experience creating competency or development frameworks
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops or training sessions online and in person
