Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for domestic and international contracted physical security officers and emergency response personnel.
- Draft, review, and implement safety and protection policies for global company operations.
- Develop and execute formal training programs covering standard operating procedures, communication plans, and incident response protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish security protocols for office expansions worldwide.
- Design and execute an event security program for large international marketing events, product launches, and internal employee gatherings.
- Conduct facility risk assessments and propose key risk-management actions.
- Participate in the Crisis Management Program to support emergency action and incident response plans.
- Deliver security solutions, alternatives, and recommendations to executives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a corporate security operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing global security operations teams.
- Minimum of 7 years of vendor management experience.
- Experience planning, leading, and delivering advanced global protective strategies.
- Familiarity with corporate security systems and operations.
- Proven results in leading security program automation and implementation.
- Ability to travel regionally and globally between offices.
- Ability to work on-site in Menlo Park, CA, five days per week.
