Responsibilities
- Execute procurement strategies and perform market research on industry trends and supply shifts
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to prepare for alignment meetings

- Coordinate supplier evaluation and selection based on price, quality, and reliability data
- Analyze spend and contract data to find consolidation opportunities and prepare documents for RFPs or contract renegotiations

- Support the adoption of new procurement technologies and automation tools to increase process efficiency
- Comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- Established experience in developing commercial strategies within financial services or fintech
- Direct exposure to the relevant spend categories in scope
- Strong background in procurement process execution, scoring RFPs, and holding direct supplier negotiations
- Project management skills applicable to strategic sourcing projects
- Demonstrated capability to personally meet commercial targets
- Foundational risk management understanding with the ability to identify potential risks
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
