Job Description
Wise is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join an on-site team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will help build scalable systems designed to verify customer identities and prevent financial crime throughout the customer lifecycle. Working inside a product team alongside engineering, operations, and compliance partners, you will balance risk, friction, and operational costs.
Your work will involve sizing opportunities, assessing control changes, running operational experiments, and analyzing document rejection reasons. You will also develop source-of-truth datasets, dashboards, and self-serve data assets for onboarding funnels and operational performance. This position focuses on creating sustainable, long-term foundations rather than short-term growth hacks.
Responsibilities
- Size opportunities, model impact on risk, cost, and volume, and evaluate operational experiments and control changes
- Quantify document rejection reasons and measure the effectiveness of recovery prompts
- Collaborate with engineers to construct well-instrumented systems that track end-to-end performance
- Define and maintain source-of-truth dashboards and datasets covering onboarding funnels, manual reviews, document processing, and operational performance
- Create self-serve data assets and documentation to empower stakeholders to independently answer routine questions
- Translate questions from CDD Operations, Product, and Engineering into clear analytical plans and communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations
