Job Description
The Senior Product Analyst (IC2) role sits in the Global Send Experience team at Wise and is a full-time, on-site position in London. The team's goal is for cross-border and domestic transfers to feel effortless. Send is the company's first product, and the analysis produced here is expected to shape decisions that affect millions of customers and large volumes of money moved. The team is also exploring new ways people could move money across borders.
The analyst would partner day to day with the Product Manager and the Engineering Lead to map current sending habits, where the experience falls short, plus which new options customers need. Responsibilities include uniting customer, product and market data in order to find friction and cross-border use cases, sizing opportunities, defining success measures and monitoring them, and designing and analysing experiments. The analyst turns findings into clear recommendations, explains the trade-offs, and helps the team put what it learns to use.
The posting asks for strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets, plus a sound grasp of experimentation and statistics applied to a product. Judgement is valued as much as technique: the successful candidate can separate real insight from a merely curious figure and explain findings in a way that suits different audiences. Python or R is useful but not required. The posting also states that visa sponsorship is not available for this level.

Qualifications
- Python or R experience (useful)
- Involvement in launching a fresh product, feature or range
- Familiarity with BI software like Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Work on data tracking setup and building dependable transformations and pipelines
