Responsibilities include defining key performance indicators, shaping product discovery, and leading a team of product analysts. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end growth and performance of the vertical
- Define and oversee key performance indicators and metrics
- Conduct deep dives and root cause analysis to provide actionable recommendations
- Lead market opportunity sizing and product discovery for initiatives
- Build and scale the product analytics function and operating model
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product analysts
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to influence commercial and product roadmaps
Requirements
- Experience as a product analytics leader building and scaling teams
- Background working in high-growth B2B technology companies
- Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline management tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Lightdash
- Capability to create diagnostic dashboards and visualisations
Qualifications
- Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams
