Tremendous is looking for a remote Senior Product Designer, Foundations to join its profitable and growing team. The company operates as a global platform allowing businesses to distribute payouts worldwide for free. Working in a fully remote environment with a high-documentation and low-meeting culture, this role reports directly to the Director of Product Design.
In this position, you will work horizontally across the dashboard and recipient experience. Duties include managing navigation, information architecture, empty states, and micro-interactions. You will take ownership of the design system, establish patterns for other team members, and handle smaller projects originating from pods that lack an embedded designer. You will partner with an engineer to ship work and utilize artificial intelligence for prototyping and implementation.

Responsibilities
- Raise the overall product craft across the dashboard and recipient experience
- Own and elevate the design system by establishing clear patterns for other designers
- Develop a product foundations vision that aligns with industry standards
- Handle smaller projects originating from pods without an embedded designer
- Partner with an engineer dedicated to shipping craft work
- Employ artificial intelligence for prototyping and implementation support
- Write the copy required within design projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product designer
- Prior experience working on B2B products
- Demonstrated expertise in visual design, user interface design, and motion
- Experience owning and improving a design system
- Background in handling information architecture and product vision or redesigns
- Proficiency in using artificial intelligence for design and prototyping tools such as v0, Claude, or Cursor
