Job Description

Affirm operates as a financial technology company dedicated to delivering transparent financial products and installment payment options globally, eliminating hidden fees and compounding interest for consumers. The organization is currently expanding its international business lines and seeks a Senior Product Manager to oversee direct-to-consumer offerings.

In this remote-first role, the professional will shape the direct-to-consumer product strategy across international markets such as Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Affirm offers a comprehensive compensation structure that includes base pay, equity options through the parent company, monthly wellness and technology stipends, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families. Remote work flexibility is supported, alongside structured onboarding experiences.

  • Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and motivations within international markets.
  • Design seamless experiences for discovering, utilizing, and managing direct-to-consumer offerings across apps, wallets, and marketplaces.

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing technical software products from the initial kick-off phase through post-launch.
  • Prior work history involving consumer technology products within Canada, the UK, the EU, or Australia.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and data analysis teams on technical details, mockups, and funnels.
  • Demonstrated organizational, discipline, and interpersonal skills to secure decisions from senior stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing external engineering teams outside of direct reporting lines to achieve product goals.
  • Capability to transform conflicting, ambiguous, or incomplete data into concrete action plans.
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products according to schedule.

Qualifications

  • Background experience working in fintech, commerce, marketplaces, or payments.
