Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site product management role on the SaaS Apps product line, which the posting calls a significant revenue source for Druva with major expansion planned. The Senior Product Manager works in the field and with customers, serving senior leaders as a strategic counterpart who helps set product direction and keeps the SaaS roadmap aligned with company goals.
The role converts customer and market signals into product choices. The manager explores new features and concepts, writes detailed requirements for SaaS applications, runs product demonstrations and roadmap sessions for customers, and handles product feedback and escalations. Business metrics and product telemetry feed go-to-market plans and adoption work, carried out with product marketing and sales.
Additional duties include producing product marketing materials, training field sales teams, and answering analyst questionnaires and surveys, including building analyst-facing decks. The role works with cross-functional, customer-facing groups to learn what customers need around data protection, security and governance, then brings those insights back to the roadmap.
The posting asks for at least eight years of B2B SaaS experience, five of them in functional product management, with a technically deep background and a sharp sense of customer pain points. Data protection experience on Microsoft platforms, such as M365, Copilot, D365 and Intune, is central. Work with Google, Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms, and with identity systems such as Entra ID, Okta or Active Directory, is a major plus. An engineering bachelor's degree is listed, and an MBA would be an asset.

- Track record of iterating and carrying products from concept to execution
- Comfort in high-growth, startup-style settings with a can-do attitude
