Cosuno seeks a Senior Product Manager for Growth to join their team remotely or from the Berlin Kreuzberg office. In this role, you will take full ownership of a growth opportunity within a marketplace platform designed for the construction industry. Your responsibilities include identifying customer problems by speaking with non-tech-savvy users, leveraging artificial intelligence to automate manual tasks, running prototypes and experiments, and collaborating with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch products that generate measurable revenue.
This position is suited for an experienced product professional who thrives in a data-driven environment, ships updates bi-weekly, and integrates AI tools into daily workflows. Cosuno operates as an AI-first company striving to streamline procurement and tendering processes for general contractors and subcontractors. Candidates must be comfortable managing a product lifecycle end-to-end, communicating clearly with various stakeholders from site managers to executive leadership, and working within a structured framework that offers permanent employment and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Discover core customer challenges through direct user interviews and data analysis
- Design and integrate artificial intelligence features to replace manual tasks
- Run prototypes and small-scale experiments before engineering commits to building
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ship new products
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to handle market launches, pricing, positioning, and enablement
- Track and measure revenue and performance metrics for launched products
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a product manager in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated history of taking a new revenue opportunity from concept to a commercially viable product
- Experience shipping AI features used by customers and utilizing AI tools daily
- Proficiency in working with data, running experiments, and adapting strategies based on numbers
- C2 level proficiency in German and fluency in English
Qualifications
- Background working with two-sided marketplaces
- Experience in the construction sector or another industry undergoing digital transformation
