The organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Enterprise Creative Tools & Outbound Product. In this capacity, the individual will shape how large retailers manage digital storefronts and grow their commerce operations on the platform. Responsibilities include owning the Retailer App platform, establishing shared infrastructure for other product teams, and developing analytics and insights features that translate data into actionable growth strategies.
This position requires end-to-end product ownership and collaboration across design, engineering, and data departments. The ideal candidate possesses deep B2B product management expertise, strong platform intuition, and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments to launch scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a multi-quarter product vision and strategy for the Retailer App platform and analytics products
- Design an intuitive and consumer-grade retailer interface with seamless navigation and self-service capabilities
- Establish reusable components, templates, and frameworks to help internal product teams ship consistently
- Build analytics experiences that turn commerce and content data into personalized, actionable recommendations
- Engage directly with leading enterprise retailers to understand needs, validate solutions, and deliver scalable products
- Drive complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 8 years of B2B product management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building platform products
- Demonstrated ability to independently set direction, navigate ambiguity, and ship complex products at high velocity
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills without direct authority
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative decision-making
Qualifications
- Background in building B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or complex workflow management tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail technology, content management systems, or site-building platforms
- Experience developing analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven recommendation features
- Experience applying artificial intelligence to create proactive or automated product experiences
- Familiarity with configuration platforms, developer enablement, or B2B self-service tools
