Wise is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for its Mitigation Platform team. The platform group has around 30 people organised into three cross-functional teams. It works to make Wise operations more scalable, efficient and consistent, with goals that include sending work to whoever should handle it, at the moment it is needed, giving teams tools to design their own workflows, and building a complete picture of each customer's data.
The product manager leads a cross-functional team focused on standardising operational workflows. The remit covers case and document request management, customer messaging tools, and platforms used by agents to resolve issues that affect customers. The goal is to give operations teams ready-made solutions and useful insights from data, so they can serve customers efficiently and consistently.
The role sets product direction and owns the roadmap, including KPIs and OKRs for the team. The manager coordinates with design, analytics and data science teams, plus operations and compliance colleagues. Named priorities include lowering customer friction, automating reviews, and helping agents make the right call in reviews.

Requirements
- Proven experience building products used by thousands or millions of customers.
- Experience leading product teams, including hiring and growing them.
- A hands-on, player-coach approach that moves between individual work and leading a team.
- Strong data skills, including self-serve analysis to find opportunities and measure impact.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with data to win support across the company.
- Regular use of AI and LLM tools to speed up analysis and prototyping, without depending on engineering time.
- Fresh ideas, plus the ability to explain their impact and plan how to deliver them.
