Job Description

Natera works in cell-free DNA testing across oncology, women's health and organ health. It is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Sales, Marketing and Business Solutions product group. The role is remote within the United States, with a listed pay range of $140,600 to $175,700 USD.

The group maintains the software that the company's commercial teams use day to day for lead generation, account and opportunity management, and campaign execution. Salesforce anchors this toolset, and the group is widening its reach to marketing automation and other business applications. The product manager sets direction for the roadmap, performance metrics and overall strategy, and relies on engineering teams to build the work.

A significant share of the job is helping business leaders rank a long list of requests by importance and sequence, and showing the results those choices deliver. The person also weighs whether a capability should be custom built, purchased, simply configured or phased out, and oversees how the CRM and marketing automation exchange lead status, scoring, assignment and conversion credit.

Candidates should have hands-on Salesforce product experience and a history of building enterprise sales or marketing software with measurable outcomes. Familiarity with marketing automation software is expected, and experience with Eloqua is an advantage. The role suits someone who can bring structure to a loosely managed set of tools, handle ambiguity, and speak clearly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Set direction, priorities and the plan for sales and marketing platforms, keeping Salesforce as the main system of record.
  • Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories and flow diagrams, then rank them by value, effort and effect on the platform.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation integration, covering how leads move through stages, get scored, get routed and receive credit.
  • Run quarterly and annual planning sessions that bring together technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on data design and on whether to build, buy or configure.
  • Coordinate release timing and cross-platform dependencies, confirming changes are tested, shared and adopted.
  • Set and monitor measures such as user adoption, data accuracy, funnel performance and how predictably work ships.
  • Assess new tools, including AI features, and advise which overlapping systems to merge or retire.
  • Share status, risks and trade-offs with stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Background working with sales and marketing leaders to turn their goals into roadmaps and defined business results.
  • Demonstrated results in enterprise sales or marketing technology, measured in business outcomes.
  • Practical Salesforce product ownership, including managing delivery on the platform.
  • Working familiarity with data objects, automation flows, permissions, test environments and release governance.
  • Able to compare integration options such as APIs, middleware and data pipelines.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or business discipline, plus five or more years in software work, digital product roles, or CRM and commercial technology.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing automation software, with Eloqua experience an advantage.
  • Salesforce certifications are a bonus, such as admin, app builder or business analyst credentials.
  • Prior work across healthcare, life sciences or diagnostics sales and marketing environments.
  • Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Has collaborated with Salesforce developers, administrators and solution architects.

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Health insurance spanning dental and vision, plus life and disability insurance for eligible staff and dependents.
  • Free testing for employees and their immediate families, plus fertility care benefits.
  • Pregnancy and baby bonding leave.
  • 401(k) and commuter benefits.
  • An employee referral program.
