Zoox seeks a Senior Program Manager to join the People Experience team as a strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition organization. This hybrid position involves driving planning, reporting, and vendor infrastructure to help the company scale its hiring efficiently. The professional in this role will lead end-to-end Talent Operations initiatives, oversee capacity planning methodologies tied to business growth, manage high-profile industry conference logistics, and guide vendor relationships for recruiting tools. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with Legal on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in recruiting and expand into new departmental projects as the team's needs evolve.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Operations initiatives including referral programs, requisition administration, process enhancements, and software rollouts
- Develop and maintain enterprise hiring goals and capacity planning frameworks alongside Talent leadership and HRIS
- Plan and execute large-scale industry conferences, trade shows, vendor relationships, and event budgets
- Provide light support for interview standardization playbooks, calibration sessions, and onboarding curriculum creation
- Serve as the primary liaison between the People Experience program management office, Recruiting leadership, HRIS, and Legal
- Oversee relationships, budgets, contracts, and roadmap decisions for recruiting tools such as Lever, Gem, LinkedIn, and ModernLoop
- Produce executive reporting including monthly hiring updates and partner on Workday data governance
- Collaborate with Legal and Employment Law to safely integrate artificial intelligence into recruitment workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant program management experience focused on recruiting program management, workforce capacity planning, or Talent Acquisition operations
- Demonstrated background in designing and delivering scalable operational programs within fast-paced settings
- Functional expertise utilizing recruiting systems and tooling such as Lever, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience building data-driven planning models utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication
- Experience coordinating with Legal or Compliance departments on sensitive, high-visibility projects
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and logistics for corporate events, offsites, or large conferences
