Bosch is seeking a senior program project leader in Bengaluru to support the BSH.OS software platform organization. The role owns and maintains the platform backlog, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks sprint execution, and manages platform KPIs and risks. Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the platform backlog, including prioritization and refinement
- Plan, monitor and track sprint execution and delivery progress
- Track platform risks and monitor change requests and emerging issues
- Prepare sprint reports and management status updates
Requirements
- Several years as product owner, technical product owner, program coordinator or similar in complex software development
- Proven experience with Scrum, SAFe or comparable Agile frameworks
- Good technical understanding of platform management and embedded software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- B.E or B.Tech degree
- Experience with reference systems and system-level dependencies is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
