This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad focuses on quality assurance for Experian products. The senior QA engineer writes test cases and automation scripts, runs build verification and regression testing, tracks defects and reports quality status to partners.
Responsibilities
- Run build verification, regression and feature testing, and maintain regression test suites.
- Develop automation scripts using tools such as TOSCA, Playwright and Postman.
- Plan tests in Zephyr, convert requirements into test cases and track defects through their lifecycle.
- Report test progress, defect status and quality metrics, and suggest testing process improvements.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as TOSCA, Playwright and Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of Python, Java or JavaScript, and of SQL databases.
- Experience in test strategy, test case writing, execution and analysis.
Qualifications
- ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing.
