Job Description
Wrapbook seeks a Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager to operate as an embedded partner for its sales organization, working remotely across the USA and Canada. The company builds an artificial intelligence platform for production finance tailored for feature films, television, and commercials, backed by investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and WndrCo. In this high-autonomy position, the individual manages the Salesforce data layer, directs forecasting cadences, administers sales compensation, and oversees deal desk processes spanning SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. The position suits an independent professional who can communicate effortlessly with frontline managers and finance teams alike while driving process adoption and system precision.

- Administer end-to-end sales compensation including plan documents, quota assignments, attainment tracking, payout calculations, and dispute resolution
- Manage the deal desk process for standard and non-standard pricing by setting service-level agreements, resolving bottlenecks, and defining approval matrices
- Coordinate bookings planning with sales leadership and track open headcount and hiring progress across the sales department
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment

- Direct experience administering sales compensation, covering plan design support, attainment tracking, payout calculations, and dispute management
- Demonstrated ability to own forecasting cadences, drive CRM data discipline, and deliver reliable roll-ups to leadership
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of data moving into downstream systems to partner effectively with Analytics Engineering and GTM Insights
- Familiarity with modern data stack tooling such as Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran
- Familiarity with compensation administration platforms or spreadsheet modeling
