- Design, construct, and scale backend services handling settlements and transfers across fiat, crypto, and ledger systems

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of backend software engineering experience creating and maintaining production services at scale
- Production background working with Go or an equivalent backend programming language

- Demonstrated capability in leading system design decisions and aligning engineering teams
- Track record of identifying and resolving scalability, performance, and quality issues in distributed systems
- Experience mentoring engineers and championing high code quality standards
