This Senior Software Engineer position belongs to the AML Risk group inside the AML Squad at Wise. That group designs and builds the controls that spot exposure to money laundering and terrorist financing. The work pairs data analysis with an understanding of how criminals operate, so the resulting checks and alerts stay practical and well-targeted.
The post suits an experienced backend or distributed-systems engineer who wants to lead large projects and set their technical direction.
