- Lead design and end-to-end feature delivery spanning backend services, frontends, and backoffice screens

- Conduct design-focused code reviews and mentor engineering colleagues
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support business needs

- Production experience with a modern backend stack and a component-based frontend framework
- Hands-on background building financial systems such as ledgers, user balances, risk engines, settlement, or KYC
