Responsibilities
- Act as an ongoing technical advisor to customers on server configurations, system architectures, and best practices for open-source data science at scale.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to help clients maximize the value of their professional product environments.
- Expand educational reach by producing webinars, workshops, documentation, automation scripts, and instructional guides.
- Manage project-based implementations spanning from initial onboarding to final outcome delivery.
- Communicate customer feedback directly to product management and engineering teams to shape future product development.
Requirements
- Experience navigating technical post-sales customer interactions and explaining complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, including Linux server administration, networking, authentication protocols, and virtualization.
- Prior exposure to approximately half of the core technologies such as cloud services, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, authentication systems, and data source connections.
