Job Description
Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, automate and maintain the infrastructure that lets staff work from any location. The engineer takes end-to-end ownership of identity services, endpoint management and workplace systems, and helps keep cloud, networking and enterprise AI tooling secure, dependable and well governed. This is an engineering position focused on building automation rather than handling support tickets, and it includes mentoring colleagues.
Identity responsibilities centre on Okta: administration, automated joiner, mover and leaver processes, single sign-on, provisioning standards and access oversight. Device work covers the Jamf Pro platform and the full life of Apple hardware, from automated enrolment through configuration management, updates, compliance checks and overall fleet health. Automation uses scripting languages, infrastructure-as-code tools and workflow products to cut manual effort across the software-as-a-service estate.
The engineer also runs selected AWS and Meraki networking services with an eye on reliability, security and tested recovery steps. Enterprise AI products, including Gemini, Glean and Claude for Enterprise, fall within scope, covering permissions, connected data sources and usage rules. Monitoring and safe automated repair for critical systems are part of the work, and the engineer leads investigations and fixes for complex incidents.
Applicants need several years of experience running corporate infrastructure in a software or technology company, deep Okta and Jamf skills, and a record of scripting automation. Attendance at the Richmond site on a minimum of two days per week is expected.

- Run the Jamf Pro platform and the Apple device lifecycle, from zero-touch enrolment to patching and compliance
- Automate workplace operations with Python, PowerShell, infrastructure as code and workflow tools
- Run chosen AWS and Meraki services, prioritising reliability and recovery
- Oversee enterprise AI platforms, including access rules and security reviews
- Build monitoring, alerts and carefully controlled automatic fixes for critical services
- Provide senior escalation support and lead root-cause analysis and preventive fixes
- Mentor colleagues while doing hands-on engineering

- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and running root-cause analysis
- Skilled at communicating with stakeholders and writing documentation
- Able to be present at the Richmond site two or more days weekly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
