This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced automotive leader who excels at bridging the gap between operations management and the shop floor. Responsibilities include driving standardization, enforcing environmental health and safety standards, and scaling operational processes across the workshop network. The ideal candidate will translate upper-level objectives into daily instructions while communicating floor-level constraints back to leadership. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, facilities, and test teams is a central component of the work, alongside strategic planning for fleet expansion and new vehicle platforms.
