This Philippines role leads several content protection teams at Sutherland, processing copyright infringement and legal claims for a streaming platform. The senior team leader owns SLAs, quality and compliance, runs workforce planning and root cause analysis, and works with legal, WFM and HR stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily delivery of multiple content protection workstreams
- Ensure SLA, AHT, quality and turnaround targets are met
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans after quality reviews
- Develop staffing plans with Workforce Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal management, law, IT or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in content protection, copyright enforcement or related fields for external applicants
- At least 3 years leading Team Leaders or multiple operational teams in a BPO
Qualifications
- Experience with complex, high-risk copyright or legal claims
- Familiarity with digital rights management and intellectual property
- Audit readiness and compliance culture experience
