Job Description
Nebius operates as a cloud infrastructure provider focused on the global artificial intelligence sector, developing a comprehensive AI cloud platform designed to assist developers and enterprises with data management, model training, and production deployment. The company is publicly traded on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NBIS, maintains its headquarters in Amsterdam, and operates research and development centers across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Israel with a workforce exceeding 1,500 professionals. The organization is currently expanding its AI Compute Platform product division and seeking multiple Technical Product Managers to own specific domains of the platform from initial strategy through customer adoption. Successful candidates will collaborate directly with engineering leaders as technical peers, conduct customer discovery to resolve operational friction, and establish metrics-driven product outcomes across hardware launches, fleet operations, reliability frameworks, and developer surfaces.
The scope of the role matches individual technical strengths and product experience to critical platform areas, which may include GPU hardware rollouts, large-scale cluster lifecycle management, mission control reliability, customer-facing developer tools, foundational InfiniBand services, or managed runtime platforms. Ideal applicants possess a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, deep technical proficiency, and the ability to engage in complex system trade-offs with engineering teams while maintaining direct lines of communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for an assigned platform domain, covering strategy, discovery, roadmap execution, delivery, and measurable adoption outcomes
- Establish reliable platform contracts, including application programming interfaces, system events, and operational semantics that meet hyperscaler standards
- Coordinate cross-functional execution involving platform engineering, networking, storage, observability, identity and access management, billing, and capacity planning
- Convert customer feedback and operational failure patterns into structured product commitments through user interviews, telemetry analysis, and incident postmortems
- Partner with engineering leadership as a technical peer to debate design choices and evaluate system trade-offs
- Establish and track success metrics based on measurable changes for customers and the platform rather than feature output
- Provide escalation support for customer-facing teams such as support, customer experience, and technical account management regarding system behavior and product decisions
Requirements
- Accumulate at least six years of professional experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management, Infrastructure Product Management, Site Reliability Engineering, or serving as an Engineering Lead with product capabilities
- Demonstrate a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, encompassing control-plane versus data-plane behavior, system lifecycles, and multi-tenant operations
- Bring practical experience in building or operating cloud, graphics processing unit, or high-performance computing infrastructure at scale across multiple regions and nodes
- Display a documented history of delivering technically complex platform products that generated measurable customer or platform impact
- Possess analytical skills to define product metrics, analyze telemetry data, and formulate data-informed roadmaps
- Show experience conducting discovery-heavy initiatives such as structured user interviews and support-ticket analysis to inform product development
- Provide authorization to work in the country of application and supply proof of employment eligibility upon hire
Qualifications
- Direct product management background working with frontier artificial intelligence customers, machine learning platform teams, or large-scale training and inference operations
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or high-performance computing environments from a user perspective, alongside machine learning training workflows
- Hands-on background with distributed machine learning training and inference, including multi-node setups, checkpointing, collective communications library, and fault-tolerant training
- Experience utilizing AI cloud infrastructure at scale as part of an internal machine learning platform team
- Direct knowledge of NVIDIA reference architectures and technology stacks, including drivers, compute unified device architecture, collective communications library, and data center GPU management
- Familiarity with InfiniBand or remote direct memory access over converged Ethernet fabrics, firmware lifecycles, and topology-aware scheduling
- Background in Kubernetes lifecycle management or large-scale Slurm environments, region launches, or data center bring-ups
- Exposure to console, command-line interface, or application programming interface design at hyperscaler standards
- Experience with observability products like Grafana, Datadog, Honeycomb, or New Relic, as well as customer trust artifacts such as status pages and root cause analysis workflows
- Familiarity with reliability engineering metrics, autohealing systems, reinforcement learning, agentic workloads, and infrastructure pricing strategies
Core Skills
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package
- Career growth and learning opportunities
- Flexibility and ownership
- Collaborative and innovative culture
- Opportunity to work on impactful artificial intelligence projects
- International environment featuring talented teams
