Job Description

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed cloud infrastructure provider for the global artificial intelligence economy headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for its Token Factory team. The company builds a full-stack AI cloud platform spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI, supported by a global workforce of over 1,500 professionals and multiple R&D hubs across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, and Israel.

In this role, the product manager will lead a core platform stream end-to-end within the inference platform, guiding strategy, roadmaps, launches, and customer adoption for high-performance and cost-efficient AI workloads. The position involves collaborating with multiple cross-functional engineering teams, research, sales, support, and leadership, while engaging directly with managed enterprise customers through research, interviews, and proofs-of-concept.

This opportunity suits professionals with deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence inference, model serving, distributed systems, and production infrastructure who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments requiring strong cross-functional communication and strategic product ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the roadmap and results for a segment of the inference platform
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional engineering groups covering public APIs, routing, performance, reliability, and enterprise features
  • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve the scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of inference capabilities
  • Engage with customers directly through research, interviews, and hands-on proofs-of-concept for managed enterprise solutions
  • Monitor market trends, open-source models, inference economics, and enterprise AI applications to define product initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience launching technical platform products and leading initiatives across multiple engineering teams
  • Technical depth in AI inference mechanics, model serving, distributed systems, and production infrastructure
  • Ability to analyze and define problems independently rather than depending on engineers for definitions
  • Communication and expectation management skills across engineering, research, sales, support, and leadership
  • Proficiency in drafting clear PRDs, RFCs, and release notes
  • B2B or enterprise experience involving technical buyers
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and changing project scopes
  • Authorization to work in the country of application with proof of eligibility provided upon hire

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership in daily work
  • Collaborative and innovative working culture
  • Involvement in impactful artificial intelligence projects
  • International environment with talented teams
