Robinhood is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury Operations team. The organization aims to democratize finance and builds technology to handle major financial challenges. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Treasury Operations & Investments and collaborate across departments including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Tax, and Treasury Risk.
This is an on-site role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at the Menlo Park, California, New York City, or Chicago office. The position suits an analytical professional with a background in corporate treasury who can lead automation efforts, manage cash positions, and handle bank account administration.
Daily duties include tracking global cash balances, executing domestic wire settlements, implementing a treasury management system, maintaining bank compliance standards, and ensuring full adherence to SOX controls. You will also participate in on-call support rotations to address internal funding alerts and system evaluations, while working in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-functional cooperation.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement automated workflows incorporating AI tools and human approvals
- Monitor global daily cash positions across all corporate entities
- Participate in the deployment of a treasury management system for forecasting, positioning, and bank fee analysis
- Lead the opening and closing of bank accounts for corporate, brokerage, and futures operations
- Manage U.S. cash operations, wire transfers, internal settlements, capital markets settlements, and investments
- Handle banking portal management and maintain bank KYC requirements
- Provide backup support for 13-week direct cash flow forecasts, variance tracking, and scenario modeling
- Ensure strict compliance with SOX controls and fulfill internal and external audit requests
- Offer periodic on-call support to review internal funding alerts and system evaluations
Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury
- Demonstrated background implementing automation through AI tools
- Direct experience building and managing a Direct Cash Flow Forecast
- Familiarity with key management controls and processes in Treasury Operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Superset
- Ability to work on-site at least three days per week in Menlo Park, New York, or Chicago
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
