The Servicing Training Specialist role focuses on KYC and is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. The specialist supports learning and development that serves business goals and employee growth. The work includes onboarding sessions for new hires, refresher courses and upskilling opportunities. The specialist also keeps training materials accurate, current and version-controlled, and serves as a go-to expert for assigned topics.
Most facilitator-led sessions are delivered in person and on site, unless a direct lead approves an exception. Refresher training is designed from a learning needs analysis. Planning and logistics are part of the role: the specialist schedules participants alongside Recruitment, Workforce Management and operations staff, arranges rooms and equipment with the Office team, makes sure trainees have the right access, and supports enrolment and attendance tracking.
The specialist gathers feedback, assessments and observations to find trends and suggest improvements. Learning is checked through quizzes, practical exercises and performance results after onboarding, and new hire scorecards are shared with operational leads. To stay current, the specialist takes part in case handling and reviews standard operating procedures and knowledge bases.
