The professional selected will partner with product design, sales, and marketing departments to construct dynamic interfaces, conduct A/B tests, and optimize conversion pathways. Daily duties involve creating scalable features, integrating feedback systems, tracking critical metrics, and maintaining acquisition reliability. Responsibilities
- Manage advanced frontend tasks to position Vercel as a benchmark for marketing and brand excellence
- Partner with marketing and growth units to run A/B tests on lead generation landing pages across diverse channels
- Build scalable applications, APIs, and web services prioritizing speed and user experience
- Contribute to the design system to maintain high UX standards regarding micro-animations, layout consistency, and interactions
- Enhance engineering processes, tools, and systems to support codebase scaling and team productivity
- Debug issues promptly and supply high-quality resolutions
- Draft technical documents and maintain internal systems to support other teams
- Evaluate and give feedback on code contributions submitted by colleagues
- Detect bottlenecks to improve conversion rates, speed, and reliability throughout the funnel
- Analyze foundational parts of the application to guarantee easy maintenance and extensibility
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional frontend engineering background working with React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar technologies
- Deep expertise in Next.js along with familiarity regarding modern frontend frameworks
- Full stack proficiency including designing or consuming APIs and integrating various services
- Solid grasp of SEO principles, performance optimization, accessibility, and search best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of A/B testing methods and conversion rate optimization
- Strong cross-functional communication abilities to collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams
