Bosch seeks a Software Development Engineer to join its on-site team in Bengaluru. This full-time position centers on building and maintaining scalable cloud applications on Microsoft Azure.
The role involves developing software using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and SQL databases, alongside implementing automation solutions via Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure CLI. The engineer will integrate enterprise systems with Microsoft 365 services, create technical designs from business specifications, and build deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. Additional responsibilities include enhancing communication tools for Microsoft Teams and working with global teams within an Agile Scrum framework.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Azure applications utilizing C#, .NET, REST APIs, and SQL
- Develop automation tools with Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure CLI
- Connect enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 services using Azure integration tools
- Translate business needs into clean technical designs
- Write secure and maintainable code including proper testing
- Construct and manage deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps with monitoring practices
- Participate in global Agile Scrum teamwork for design and delivery
- Create tools and features for Microsoft Teams and communication platforms
Requirements
- Five years of application development experience within an Azure environment
- Strong development skills in .NET and C#
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Hands-on practice with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Solid knowledge of JSON and XML formats
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in computer engineering
- Experience in product and service development, customer support, and ITIL-based service management
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, Event Grid, Key Vault, and API Management
