Figma is hiring a Software Engineer for its AI Product team located in London, United Kingdom. This full-time, on-site role is part of the organization's Code division, which works to connect the design and development phases through tools like Dev Mode and model context protocol integrations. Responsibilities involve developing developer-focused features, creating zero-to-one agentic coding solutions, and partnering across disciplines with designers and product managers. Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Dev Mode and model context protocol tools
- Construct new zero-to-one products within the agentic coding space
- Partner with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Mentor peers and receive mentorship across engineering, product, and design
- Establish strong personal connections with teammates
Requirements
- At least three years of experience shipping user-facing products or features as a full-stack developer
- Demonstrated fluency with React and TypeScript
- Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
- High velocity with a strong focus on user impact and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in London, United Kingdom, and attend in-person onboarding
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale engineering projects with significant impact
- Background driving cross-functional projects with Product, Design, Data, and Research teams
- Experience working with user-facing large language models and agentic product features
- Familiarity with curating and developing evaluation sets and large language models as judges
