Bosch Digital India is seeking a solution manager for custom web and mobile solutions in Bengaluru. The role orchestrates customer solutions built from product and service instances, covering solution lifecycle management, roadmaps, consulting, and the business value of the solution over time. It also aligns product owners and solution squads and drives standardization. The full-time, on-site position needs at least 15 years of IT service or consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requirements, including input for IT product and service development
- Drive the business value of the solution across its lifecycle, in line with customer strategy
- Define the solution roadmap and align squads and integrated products and services
- Ensure stakeholders, including product owners, are aligned
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years in IT service or consulting, including P&L and people management
- Experience in software development, implementation and lifecycle management
- Hands-on skills in cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, .NET, low-code, microservices and APIs
- Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and SAFe
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or an MBA
- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting agile squads to deliver at speed and within budget
