Half of the workload involves handling customer deployments and scaling projects, while the remaining time is dedicated to building automation, handling pre-sales technical support, sharing knowledge, and managing complex escalations.

Responsibilities
- Manage technical design and delivery for customer migrations and implementations from start to production cutover
- Lead deployment scaling tasks encompassing capacity planning, verification methodologies, and rollout sequencing
- Design solutions tailored to individual customer constraints, existing technology stacks, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams on stakeholder alignment, readiness, and rollout communication
- Build reusable reference architectures, implementation patterns, and deployment playbooks
- Develop self-service tooling and automation to minimize time-to-value for routine implementation tasks
- Partner with product and engineering groups to advocate for customer requirements based on active deployment observations
- Handle advanced post-onboarding support cases that require Solutions Architect intervention
- Participate in pre-sales technical tasks such as discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept design
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience deploying or implementing technical solutions for enterprise clients in customer-facing technical positions
- Solid software engineering background with professional development experience in a modern programming language like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, C, or C++
- Demonstrated experience managing technical delivery of production deployments through every phase from design to cutover
- Proven capability to scope sophisticated technical projects and sequence them for successful execution
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for explaining technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders
- Must be based in the Eastern or Pacific Time zones of the US or willing to work during those work hours
Qualifications
- Familiarity with natural language processing, speech recognition, AI Voice agents, or related artificial intelligence technologies
- Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure alongside containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with developer tools and API-first products
- Background in implementation methodology or change management
- Experience generating implementation templates, deployment playbooks, or reference architectures
