Job Description
Experian is seeking a Solutions Architect to take architecture ownership of the global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces. Based on-site in Hyderabad, this full-time role involves driving standardization and lifecycle governance across over 400 video conferencing units and managing a global refresh roadmap. The selected candidate will architect and govern the refresh program aligned with an allocated $1.2M budget, utilizing telemetry, room usage, and site strategy to prioritize investments. Reporting to a Senior Director, the position requires partnering with local facilities teams, vendors, and platform evolution leads to ensure technology modernization, network validation, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global video conferencing and rooms architecture and standards including device standardization, room designs, configuration baselines, and support models
- Lead the FY27 lifecycle refresh program across various sites by prioritizing investments, aligning budgets, and planning deployments
- Handle end-of-life device remediation, replacement governance, and refresh strategy to cut down operational risk and user impact
- Enable proactive operations and room readiness via performance telemetry, monitoring, support optimization, and network or SD-WAN validation
- Offer strategic leadership involving facilities, vendors, and platform evolution to ensure workplace alignment and adherence to global standards
Requirements
- Possess 10 to 15 or more years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing, collaboration spaces, or AV architecture
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing lifecycle transitions and end-of-life or end-of-service remediation across a large video conferencing estate
- Utilize usage and telemetry insights to properly prioritize investments
- Exhibit strong cross-functional delivery leadership spanning Workplace and Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering or Operations
- Maintain strong program governance and operational discipline
