Bosch is seeking a Supply Chain IT Operations Support professional to work on-site in Bengaluru. This full-time position focuses on maintaining uninterrupted digital supply-chain operations through application monitoring, transaction troubleshooting, and data reconciliation across platforms such as E2open, SAP MM, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
This role suits individuals with a background in supply chain IT operations who can collaborate effectively with global business teams and external suppliers. Daily duties involve managing support mailboxes, tracking JIRA tickets, onboarding suppliers, testing new system releases, and identifying automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor E2open and E2MV applications to keep supply-chain transactions running smoothly
- Resolve integration, interface, IDoc, and B2B transaction issues
- Support SAP MM functions related to material monitoring, inventory management, and shipment booking
- Perform data reconciliation between SAP MM and E2open to spot transaction mismatches
- Analyze operational trends and generate reports via SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense
- Handle JIRA tickets for incidents, enhancements, testing, and resolution activities
- Manage shared support mailboxes and integration error notifications
- Facilitate supplier onboarding through B2B setup and transaction testing
- Execute functional and integration testing for system upgrades and new features
- Modify and test integration templates utilizing FreeMarker Template Language
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Professional background in supply-chain application support, IT operations, or similar application support
- Familiarity with manufacturing, inventory management, or supply chain processes
- Practical experience with E2open, E2MV, or comparable supply-chain visibility tools
- Familiarity with SAP MM material and inventory management
- Experience troubleshooting system integrations, B2B transactions, interfaces, and IDocs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data reconciliation
- Experience using JIRA or comparable IT ticketing systems
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST with occasional extended hours and weekend support as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud or Qlik Sense
- Experience working with FreeMarker Template Language
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Shell
- Experience with EDI, B2B, integration platforms, and adapters
- Background in ITIL, incident management, and global manufacturing environments
