Strive Health seeks a Sr. Analyst for Financial Planning and Analysis to join its finance division. Strive Health focuses on transforming chronic care management by identifying risks early, coordinating patient support, and improving health outcomes. In this remote position, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Finance, the individual will support the growth of the company through financial modeling, business performance tracking, cost management, and system implementation.
The role involves overseeing enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, managing partner-level contracts, and handling cash flow forecasts and provider payments. It suits analytical professionals with a background in handling large datasets who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Strive Enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting, forecasting, and provider payment management
- Monitor cash reporting, forecasting, and partner cash flow inputs including final settlements, stop loss, and working capital
- Handle partner-level fee contracts, service level agreement accruals, and variance analysis
- Support the rollout of new technological tools to establish scalable financial processes
- Maintain performance standards in a fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics
- Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience
- Minimum of 2 years of modeling and reporting experience with financial statements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing large and complex datasets, preferably within healthcare
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the healthcare sector, preferably in value-based care
- Internet connectivity meeting minimum speeds of 3.8Mbps download and 3.0Mbps upload with adequate latency
- Ability to travel and work on-site as business needs require
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, and Oracle NetSuite
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Previous experience working at a start-up or scaling organization
