Elastic wants a Senior Business Systems Analyst who concentrates on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functions. The job is full-time and on-site in India. Its purpose is to bridge the business and IT development teams, using a working knowledge of CPQ and Salesforce to make sure the right things get built.
The analyst collects and writes up business needs from stakeholders, and reviews existing CPQ workflows to find areas that need improvement. Findings are turned into technical specifications for IT. The work includes running stakeholder sessions, pulling the feedback into clear next steps, and facilitating reviews that confirm requirements match business goals.
The analyst also builds working relationships with key stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional teams so project goals stay aligned, and records system defects so they can be resolved. After testing, the analyst works with IT to validate solutions and runs user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a business or computing discipline, more than five years of analysis work, and three-plus years using CPQ tooling. Two or more years on the Salesforce platform, experience with Agile and Scrum, and skill in process modeling and UAT are also expected. Requirements

- 2+ years with the Salesforce platform
- Skill at collecting and documenting requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and configure, price, quote software
- Knowledge of UAT methodologies, Agile and Scrum
Qualifications
- A CPQ certification considered relevant to the role
- Use of process mapping software and project tools to coordinate stakeholders
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience documenting workflows for software systems
- Experience leading multiple CPQ implementation projects and improving CPQ workflow efficiency
